Made of metal, this child's pail is painted completely. It has the slogan "Three Cheers For The Red, White and Blue". printed on the top rim and darling graphics of children on the lower portion. It stands 7-1/2" tall, and is 7" in diameter. There is no handle or shovel offered with this pail. It does show wear, but the slogan and pictures can be clearly sceen.
